No traveling, no party, no social gathering means ‘No-Excuses‘ looks like this time is given to us to pause our life and be healthy again, why not use this time for our advantage and shock other by showing them how good you can look and how great you can feel. Since many of you by now must be motivated enough to get your healthiest self back but reminding of the failure of past efforts must have stopped you from trying again, well not anymore because after reading and gaining knowledge in past through books, research, trial, and errors and most importantly my failures made me realize that why we fail to get fit and why we haven’t achieved that body we always wanted.
Here are 5 main reasons why we fail let’s get started.

This ‘why’ is the most powerful word that makes everything so difficult or easy, When your “Why” is clear, your “How” is easy. Nobody can move you but only You can, so to get fit and to get in the best shape of your life find the Real Reason to achieve that goal. If you haven’t found your reason then start looking for it before reading further you need to get your reason in check because 90% of the job is to find the reason rest is a piece of cake maybe a sugarfree cake or maybe not. That reason could be your looks, Confidence, Body shape, Current health problems or it might be to get fit in old jeans. This reason could be your kids, spouse, or any person you love, maybe just for yourself coz, there is nothing wrong in being selfish as to only place one could live in your body lets make this body the best place to live in. This is a far more critical reason why 90% of people fail when they start their fitness journey.
Another Reason why we fail: We look for Shortcuts
Now we get our whys and we are all pumped up to lose the body fat that we acquired in a long period of eating recklessly and by being lazy for days and weeks and with our poor habits but we need to lose it in a month or maybe you start searching for a way to lose 10 kg in 10 days on youtube or google (some might even search now) or being very popular these days magical Keto Diet or Paleo Diet or you might even want to become VEGAN for its cholesterol-free facts, but why?
I’m not against short term quick results ( well I am ) who doesn’t want that we all know they are difficult to follow are results are temporary but we still want shortcuts well then you will be stuck in this loop of getting healthy and back to being lazy and unhealthy(hard truth).
All the diets are helpful but in the long term, nothing beats a healthy fresh and if possible Organic Balanced Diet.
A balanced diet is balanced with all the nutrient as per your body current requirement as we all have different body and different activity level we all need different amounts of nutrients that are calculated by RDA (recommended daily allowances ) according to many factors like activity level, Age, Gender, BMI (body mass index), current health status, hormones and etc. So for best results and less to no side effects either become a Nutritionist or consult with one.
Do not look for shortcuts and invest your time in developing habits that will keep your health in check for a long period of time.
Looking for shortcuts it may be some crash diet or steroids is the biggest reason why people who are not professional sports or bodybuilders fail.
We Lack patience and consistency
Till now we know that Successfully reaching our fitness goals takes time, effort and dedication, and proper knowledge about Nutrition and Exercise, So that, makes things more difficult, right? Nah it is comparatively very easy to achieve long term goal as compared to short term goals, and it’s just that we need to be more patient and consistent toward our goals, for example, losing fat or gaining muscle are both generally slow processes that require notable caloric expenditure, intelligent caloric intake, and specific exercise stresses, so Eating all the calories in one go or exercising for hours won’t help you to grow but might make you prone to many injuries and poor health. Its always better to start slow and advance as you progress that will help you in achieving your health goals much easier. Completely giving up on a fitness goal is often based on physiological(physical) and psychological(mental) factors that limit success. So feed your body right and believe in yourself.
You Start losing motivation
You don’t lose motivation, In reality, you start forgetting your reason why you started your journey what made you come so far if you start forgetting the reason start Re-reading this article to keep your motivation and your reason Alive, you might write it somewhere or keep on reminding your reason while you move forward.
As time passes we get caught up in other things and get distracted from achieving our goals. One technique that you can use is to make a commitment with your friend or family and keep updated with your social accounts and keep in touch with people with the same goals. Joining a group and page is the best way to keep motivated and keep yourself on track.

By now we all are motivated and ready to achieve our dream body and ready to get our best self in near future very near for few who have their strong whys and who knows what, when and how to eat and for one who is consistent and believe in their plan and they are the one who will achieve and maintain there best self for many years to go.
More than 90% of the people who start off with a resolution at the New-Year end up failing at it due to these reasons.
